Welcome to A Beacon for Hope!
We are Don and Cynthia Barton, passionate followers of Jesus, committed to sharing uplifting words of encouragement through our magazine.
Our mission is rooted in faith, as we open our hearts to the Holy Spirit, trusting Him to guide and bless our journey in every way He desires.
DON
As a printer by trade, Don has been able to come along side me and offer the encouragement and the eagle eye needed to create this magazine. His passion to bring the knowledge of Christ to the lost and hurting has been a much needed kick in the pants. He has been so encouraging to whatever it is that God has gifted me to do.
Don is one of the biggest, encourager in my life. I thank God for him.
CYNTHIA
As a self taught artist, it has been my desire since the moment I discovered I could create, to incorporate the Wonderful Word of God with the gift He has given me.
Over the years, I have created bookmarks, greeting cards, stickers, colouring pages, all of which I am sure I will be adding to the magazine.
God has blessed me with many many lessons, of which I have wanted the opportunity to share what He has done, with others.
